Bandit is the first liver nosed RR we had bred. He was a wonderfully gentle nature and is always the perfect gentleman. With his great front construction and strong hindquarters, he powers round the ring and on 26 March 2005, as an 8 year old, he proved he can still mix it with the best when he was awarded Reserve Challenge Dog and Runner Up Best in Show at the RR Specialty held at Newcastle. He was beaten only by his grandson Aust Ch Zimbalooba Boom Man.

Showing has never been his favourite pastime so once he gained his Australian Champion title, I did not show him often.

His progeny include the elegant liver bitch Aust Ch Zimbalooba Steffi Graf (Zarli) who is the mother of Aust Ch Zimbalooba Boom Man. Zarli was Baby Puppy in Show at the 2000 National Show in Canberra. Bandit's progeny have also performed well in the show ring in Sweden where they were handled by John Berg.
